Payment:

Pay with credit card through PayPal.  Money orders also accepted.  All personnal checks will be held for five business days.

If PayPal is your payment method, windy city card company will ONLY ship to a PayPal confirmed address.  NO EXCEPTION!!

* Wait to receive an e-mail invoice at auction's closing, or pay directly through PayPal, e-mail address QUESTIONS@WINDYCITYCARDCOMPANY.COM.   Add correct shipping charges - Items will not be sent out until payment is made in full.

*  Payment must be made within 7 days of the close of auction.  If payment isn't received within 7 days the auction will be revoked and Non-Paying alert will be filed!

*  Winning bidders is responsible for shipping & handling charges

• under $100.00 dollars winning value - $3.50 which includes padded envelope, via first class USPS mail

• over $100.00 dollars winning value - $4.00 which includes padded envelope delivery confirmation, via first class mail

• over $200.00 dollars winning value - $5.95 plus 1.00 for each additional 100.00 dollars over the 200 dollar limit, which includes padded envelope, insurance for 200.00 dollars,  & signature confirmation, via priority USPS mail

  STAMPS

• under $100.00 dollars winning value -  $1.00 which includes envelope, via first class USPS mail

• over $100.00 dollars winning value - $2.50 which includes padded envelope & delivery confirmation, via first class USPS mail

• over $200.00 dollars winning value - $4.95 plus 1.00 for each additional 100.00 dollars over the 200 dollar limit,  which includes padded envelope, insurance for 200.00 dollars,  & signature confirmation, via first class USPS mail

All items over $200.00 dollars require insurance!!!  NO EXCEPTION!!!!

 * Multiple Items add $1.00 for each additional item, and add the the winning values together for the correct shipping & handling charges.

All items are returnable, only if the item was misleading or incorrectly described. In this case the buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Once receiving a Confirmation Return Number (CRN) from us.  The item must be returned to us within 5 days.  Failure, will result in cancellation of your CRN and no refund will be awarded.  Refunds are original winning price minus 5% for restocking fee, shipping not included in refund.

WCCC will leave negative feedback for any buyer leaving us unwarranted negative feedback,  all issues can be resolved, communication is the the answer to solving must problems.
